Lets say you want to add new campaign map models for cities and castles you would need to create a models_strat folder in the data folder, then create a residences folder within that, then add the models, etc. Then depending on what changes or additions you want to make, figure out what folders you will need to create. Those files that are there originally will be used by the game regardless of the file_first = true code. But, it will only have a couple folder in it (sounds, fmv, world, and some text files I think).
